mrwilson lab.
mrwilson lab is my independent practice: the builds I make for clients, and the tools I build for myself and my friends to learn what AI can do before a team needs it. YesterYears sits beside it as a long-term initiative.

Client builds
Built for real organizations through mrwilson lab, my independent practice. The clients stay unnamed.
-
The three-way lyric reader
One live state drives three screens at once: the words in the room, the overlay on the livestream and a reader on any phone.
-
A church's week, from one upload
One upload of the weekly bulletin updates the site and sets up the Sunday livestream, and Gemini paints the sermon art inside a written brief.
-
Team celebration films
One photo and a one-line note go into a Krea node graph. Out come a short film styled to the person's favorite show and a matching award for the team channel.
-
Claims that file themselves
It reads each claim email, finds the claim number, checks the paperwork against plain rules and files it. Anything unclear goes to an adjuster.
My own tools and experiments
Things I built for myself and my friends, to learn what the tools can do before a team needs them. mrwilson on PyPI ↗
-
League Guys
Every week it pulls the league's results, writes the episode, draws the week's stars as cartoon athletes, voices and scores it, and renders a vertical recap film.
-
The red pen
Paste a sentence and it flags the claims I'd send back for a source. A stricter version checks every page of this site before it ships.
-
mrwilson films
A LinkedIn post goes in; a 30-second film comes out, with five AI-drawn scenes, a voice and music, each episode in its own look, from 90s clipart to PS1.
-
The chunky-word tool
Gemini picks a few words from a post, and one render makes each a glossy 3D word with a little figure and a yellow mug. Every 3D word on this site came from it.
-
mrwilson, the open-source CLI
Type a zip code and it pulls live public data (weather, air quality, EPA and Federal Register notices, labor stats) into a one-page brief for the shop.
-
The Workshop
My own job-search tool. It scores postings against my résumé and drafts a tailored résumé for each, then a check in code strips any claim my positioning can't back.
-
Deke Sports
A youth-sports coaching app I built solo with AI: the brand, the product spec and a clickable prototype, with no code written by hand.
YesterYears
A long-term initiative: tribute films made from a family's own photos, home video and song. It is in family pilots.
-
YesterYears tribute films
ruby-v1, the engine, reads the family's photos, home video, song and obituary, settles one look for that one person, and cuts the film to the song's beats.
-
Text Mom Your Stats
A Mother's Day product from YesterYears: answer a few questions about your mom, add photos, and it makes stat cards to text her.
-
Family Brand DNA
An intake that turns a family's photos and words into a palette, a monogram and a set of motifs, so every film and keepsake matches.
Freelance and contract work
Clients I worked with as Bry's Bodega, now part of mrwilson lab.
